ChamberSign Sweden offers the possibility to communicate
with legal strength over the Internet in an easy and flexible way
for organizations. The goal is that customers should be able to
increase quality and security and at the same time minimize cost,
time and environmental impact by using electronic
signatures.
Tools
CSign is ChamberSigns web based system for signing and
distributing documents and other files over the Internet. The
system has additional functions for encryption, counter
signatures and signature order. It is also possible to send tenders
under the Swedish public procurement act through CSign.
As an alternative to using CSign, signature functions can be
integrated in an existing system by using integration
interfaces provided by ChamberSign.
Services
ChamberSign have two services connected to the
functionality in CSign in order to increase legal security.
These services are always present even when using functions in
CSign and even when the functions are used through the
integration interface.
The Validation services provides users with
information on their counterparts right to represent their
organizations. The validation provides a high level of security in
the transactions since all signing parties know exactly which
rights their counterparts have.
Notary services. ChamberSign has an electronic
third party notary that stores receipts of all transactions
performed in CSign. Each receipt contain enough evidence to prove
which information has been signed and information on each signing
party. Information on the signing parties right to represent their
organizations, collected through the validation service, is also a
part of the notary receipts.
